Service Introduction:

Interior design services for spaces in residential buildings, houses, and small apartments, with the aim of:

•Building design plans on AutoCAD for all areas required to work in (my hometown and facades)

• Working on furniture and decorative pieces distribution plans.

• Working on executive plans for the required decoration works, whether wood, metal, glass, gypsum, or any other decorative works.

• Implementing 3D images and designs of the areas required to be designed, showing the final shape and vision of the project.

• Work on lighting distribution plans in 4 areas with animated sections that show the effect of lighting on the space.

• Explain the types of materials used, paint colors, or any materials placed on the wall, such as wallpaper and the like.

• Providing an estimate of the costs of implementing the design on the ground.

The service focuses on interior design work for the agreed-upon areas, including furniture, woodwork, metalwork, interior decoration, gypsum work, wall color selection, and lighting distribution. It is provided within the city of Riyadh, with the possibility of providing it outside Riyadh by prior agreement (and at a different cost).

Service details:

1. Visit the project website:

• Visit the site to confirm the dimensions and measurements and upload videos of the areas to be designed.

2. Design fields:

• Furniture.

• Wood, metal, glass, gypsum and stone works.

• Civil works (electricity, plumbing, gypsum and painting works, stones, floors and their installation)

• Interior decoration.

3. Amendments:

• The customer has the right to modify the furniture distribution only once.

• The customer has the right to modify the lighting distribution only once.

• Any fundamental modification shall be at a separate cost (a fundamental modification is any modification to the design style used in the project or a complete change in the shape of one or more areas).

4. Additional services (at a separate cost):

• Design works for the building’s external facades.

• Landscaping and landscaping.

• Creating new areas such as working on roofs or creating annexes and outdoor seating areas.

5. Geographical scope of service:

• Available in Riyadh.

• Outside Riyadh, an additional cost will be determined by prior agreement.

6. Basic service cost:

• Visit cost: 5000 riyals.

• Additional costs for other services are determined by agreement.

7. Implementation period:

• Design work takes 20 working days (not including Fridays and Saturdays).

General notes:

• The service includes design work only, and does not include:

- Implementation of the works included in the design.

- Provide any samples.

-Major modification to the design after its completion.
