It is called in the Gulf dialect (Bashtakhta Al-Tawash).
Pearl dealers keep the tools used in the sales process inside this box, such as pearls, scales, tools for measuring the size of pearl beads, and others.
Made of Indian teak wood.
Consists of a box, cover, interior partitions, door back attachments and a lock (inner center cover missing).
The fund is over 60 years old.
A beautiful rare artifact that symbolizes the era of the pearl trade in the Arabian Gulf.
The condition of the piece is excellent and it is subject to restoration and renewal if the buyer desires it (I can restore and renew the piece and add modifications according to the buyer’s request) at a separate cost.
