Service Introduction:
Interior design services for spaces in residential buildings, houses, and small apartments with the aim of:
•Building design plans on AutoCAD software for all areas required to be worked on (vertical plan and elevations)
• Working on plans for distributing furniture and decorative pieces.
• Working on executive plans for the required decoration works, whether they are woodwork, metalwork, glasswork, gypsum work, or any other decorative work.
• Creating 3D images and designs of the areas to be designed that illustrate the final form and concept of the project.
• Working on lighting distribution plans in 4 areas with animated sections showing the effect of lighting on the space.
• Clarify the types of materials used and the colors of the paints or any materials that are placed on the wall such as wallpaper and the like.
• Providing an estimate of the costs of implementing the design in reality.
The service focuses on interior design work for agreed-upon areas, including furniture, woodwork, metalwork, interior decoration, gypsum work, wall color selection, and lighting distribution. It is offered within the city of Riyadh, with the possibility of offering it outside Riyadh by prior agreement (and at a different cost).
Service details:
1. Visit the project site:
• Visit the site to confirm dimensions and measurements and upload videos of the areas to be designed
2. Design fields:
• Furniture.
• Wood, metal, glass, plaster and stone works.
• Civil works (electricity, plumbing, gypsum work, painting, stonework, flooring and installation)
• Interior design.
3. Amendments:
• The customer is entitled to modify the furniture arrangement only once.
• The customer is entitled to modify the lighting distribution only once.
• Any substantial modification will incur a separate cost (a substantial modification is any change to the design style followed in the project or a complete change of the shape of one area or several areas).
4. Additional services (at a separate cost):
• Design work for the building's exterior facades.
• Landscaping and outdoor space design.
• Creating new areas such as working on rooftops or building extensions and outdoor lounges.
5. Geographical service scope:
• Available within Riyadh city.
• Outside Riyadh, an additional cost will be determined by prior agreement.
6. Cost of basic service:
• The cost of the visit is 2500 riyals.
Additional costs for other services are determined by agreement.
7. Implementation period:
• Working on the design takes 20 working days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).
General notes:
• The service includes design work only, and does not include:
- Implementing the work outlined in the design.
-Provide any samples.
-Major modifications to the design after it has been completed.
