Exchange and Return Policy


Can I exchange the product?

Yes, you can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, provided that there are no signs of use.


Can I return the product?

Yes, you can return sealed, unused products within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order, provided that the product has not been opened or used.

o In the event that you write incorrect delivery/contact information, we disclaim any responsibility for any events that may result from that, such as: damage to the product - inability to retrieve it - and other matters that may occur.

o Products to be returned must be unused with the original package, and we cannot return a used product if it is damaged or has been altered in any way.

o Special execution orders or orders with added customization (orders with a name or logo added) cannot be returned or cancelled after the order has been executed.

What do I do if I receive a product error or my product is defective?

If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please message us with your order number and documentation of the damage, and we will arrange to have it reshipped to you.

To be eligible for your product:

- Your product must be in the same condition that you received it.

- Send a picture of the product that has a defect or malfunction.

Is there an additional cost if I want to exchange my order?

If you want us to receive a product that you want to exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, we will take it after verifying the reason for the exchange, and if it is proven that the product has a defect, we will undertake to send the replacement product without you paying any additional costs. If you want to exchange for another reason, you will have to pay the packaging cost and the shipping cost, which varies depending on the weight of the product and the selected shipping company.

Refunds or Returns (if applicable):

If your request is approved and confirmed, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 7-14 business days, due to our internal procedures and processes. We assure you that your money is safe!

Late or missing amounts (if any):

If you haven't received any payment yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the amount paid to you is officially posted to your bank account.
